We offer several pathways, including energy work, healing meditation, expressive art, indigenous crafts, earth-based rituals and energy clearing. As we heal ourselves and find inner peace, we are more able to act with compassion and love, connecting us with each other and with Mother Earth.

Judy Bullard is a gifted intuitive energy worker. She has been a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition for 17 years. She channels the Life Force Energy to where healing is needed. Her intuition guides her as she works with a client. Judy works with people and animals who need stress relief, healing from illness, injury or surgery, pain relief and emotional healing.

Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life Force Energy.” It is an ancient Tibetan art of healing, rediscovered and taught by Dr. Mikao Usui of Japan.

Reiki is the art of activating and balancing the Life Force Energy that is within everyone and everything in the universe. Reiki energy is entered through hands-on or distant treatments. The body is then able to begin the healing it needs on all levels. Reiki is a gentle holistic healing method that complements traditional medicine.

Healing Meditation
Judy teaches people healing meditation through individual sessions and group meditation. She will guide you in a meditation practice that includes using your breath,
connecting with your body, sitting quietly, focusing the mind and connecting with your heart. This practice helps you to increase self-awareness, calm your mind, and feel more peaceful within.

One form of meditation that Judy teaches is Loving Kindness meditation, which is a very powerful way of giving compassion to ourselves and to others. Since we are all interconnected, we need this practice more than ever in the world today. 

Another form of meditation that Judy teaches uses both creative visualization and mindfulness to enter one's inner sacred space. This form is based on indigenous practices.

One of the most important benefits of meditation is how it releases stress from our bodies. Meditation practiced regularly will lead you to a deeper level of relaxation and mindfulness. If you want to be free of constant worry, pressure and stress, meditation can give you a life that is calm, peaceful, relaxed and happy.
